The process of essay marking is painfully inefficient, but the feedback given to young philosophers is far too important to leave in the hands of something like ChatGPT (some of my thoughts on large language models can be found here).
A high-quality automated assistant for this job isn't out of reach. We can't automate the whole process, but we can automate some of it.
I'm working on a simple app that should hopefully do a lot of the work for you. You just need to read the essay, comment on it, and fill out a form. It will calculate a grade, and you can adjust it as you see fit.
